Billy Ray Disney, age 83, of Andersonville, went to be with the Lord, January 23, 2013 at Methodist Medical Center. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Andersonville. Bill retired after 39 years at the Y-12 Plant. After retirement he was self -employed for 23 years. He served on the Zoning Commission in Norris, was a member of the Valley Masonic Lodge, the Norris Lions Club and the Ruritan Club. He was a founding member of the Vacuum Society. Bill served in the US Army, was an Eagle Scout and Scoutmaster in Norris and Andersonville.

Preceded in death by his wife, Colleen Disney; parents, Ralph Disney and Carleen Disney.

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 26th from 11-1PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will be at 1 o'clock with Rev. Steve Lakin officiating.
