Billie Maxine Hubbard Martin, age 79, passed away on June 15, 2025, at her home in Clinton, TN, surrounded by family. Billie was born January 25, 1946, in Decaturville, TN, and was of the Baptist faith. For many years, she was a proud homemaker in Knoxville, TN. Billie poured her heart into every meal, every comforting word, and every celebration. Her home was a warm and loving place full of safety and laughter, where generations gathered, memories were made, and traditions were passed down. Billie expressed her creativity through writing heartfelt poems, sewing, singing along to Elvis, and dancing to the beat of all her favorite music.

Billie was preceded in death by her father and mother, William & Margaret Hubbard, and her brother, William "Hoss" Hubbard.

She is survived by her children, Woody Martin & wife Robin of Knoxville, TN; Jennifer Jenks of Clinton TN; sister, Jean Watkins of Daphne, AL; brother, Billy Joe Hubbard & wife Penny of Mt. Olivet, KY; and grandchildren, Ashley Owen & husband Justin, Gina Jenks & boyfriend Blake Hancock, Wesley Jenks, Adam Martin, and many beloved nieces & nephews. She was blessed with two amazing friends, Cathy Fisher & Martha Sauls. A special thanks to her devoted caregiver, Paula Harrison & her UT Hospice team, specifically Justin & Olivia.

Bille was deeply loved by all who knew her and will be profoundly missed by her family and friends. Although the pain of her loss is heavy, the warmth of her memory and the love she gave will remain with us always.
