Barbara Frances Rist, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at the age of 84.

She was born on March 7, 1941 in Jersey City, New Jersey to her parents, William and Frances Marshall who preceded her in death. Barbara, a vibrant and stylish woman, was always impeccably dressed. She loved music, movies, and Broadway shows.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Tracy Farris; sister, Arlene Seminara; grandchildren, Don Lopez and wife Sue, Michael Lopez, and Angela Lopez; great-grandchildren, Valerie Lopez, Don Lopez III, Ivy Lopez, Ian Lopez, James Hardison, and Will Hardison.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
