Barbara Charlene Rector of Oak Ridge passed away Monday, April 3, 2017 at her residence. She was a caregiver at Christian Appalachian Project in Mount Vernon Kentucky before her retirement. She enjoyed gardening, yard sales, spending time with her family and going to the ocean. She was preceded in death by her parents: Charles and Ruth Jennings and first husband the father of her children Hugh Lutner, and second husband Johnny Rector, also preceded in death by brothers; Gary and Caroll Jennings

The family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 PM with funeral services following at 4 PM at Holley-Gamble Chapel the Rev. David Crowe officiating
