Barbara Foust, age 70, of Lake City, passed away on July 19, 2012 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was born on January 31, 1942 to the late Elbert Charles Johnson and Luada Lee Johnson in Bell County, KY. Barbara enjoyed fishing, camping, and laughing with her friends. She never met a stranger and made friends with everyone she met. In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by husband, Garland Foust; brothers, William Johnson and Charles Johnson; sisters, Peggy Hall and Kathy Bennett; and great-grandson, Preston Ray Madison.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 for both Barbara and her husband Garland who preceded her in death on March 30, 2011. This service will be held at the Lake City Christian Fellowship with receiving of friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm with a memorial service to follow in the chapel at 8:00pm with Pastor Justin Phillips officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Kentucky Organ Donor Association, 106 East Broadway, Louisville, KY 40202.
