Amelia King, age 87, of Clinton went home to meet Jesus on November 19, 2015. She was a member of Bethesda Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Friendship, TN; Clinch Valley Order of the Eastern Star and attended First Baptist Church in Andersonville. Amelia enjoyed cooking and gardening to share with her friends and neighbors. Her family was her treasure in life and lived her daily life preparing to meet her Lord. Preceded in death by husband, Aubrey King; sisters, Rebecca Kirkland & her husband Taylor, Yvonne Montgomery and her husband William; brother, Thomas White; parents, Rev. Eugene and Estine White.

The family will receive friends 10:00-11:00 am, Saturday, November 21, 2015 with a funeral service to follow. Rev. Steve Lakin officiating. Her graveside will follow at the Grandview Memorial Garden.
