Aldeane Gill, age 85 of Clinton, passed away at her home on April 28, 2017. She was a member of Blowing Springs Baptist church and was an avid fan of the Lady Vol's Basketball Team. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1949 and enjoyed working word search puzzles during her spare time. Aldeane retired from South Central Bell, where she had worked for over 35 years.

Preceded in death by her late husband, John Hill ; her parents, James C. and Cloris Rhea; brothers, James C. Rhea Jr. and Amos Rhea; sister, Faye Hammons; brother-in-law, Ray Russell.
She is survived by her husband, Sonny Gill; daughter, Deborah Hill Sandoz; grandson, Jonathan Sandoz; sister, Jean Russell; great grandchildren, Kayla and Madeline Sandoz; step son, Donald and wife Pat Gill; step-daughter, Sonya and husband Fred Graham; several nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank Carlis Hospice Healthcare and the wonderful care of Tonya and Cristina during her sickness. Also, want to thank Carolyn Wilkerson, Caretaker for all of the excellent care during Aldeane's sickness.
The family will receive friends Sunday, April 30, 2017 from -6-7 pm in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Her funeral service will follow at 7 pm with David White officiating. The family will meet Monday, May 1, 2017 at 12:45 pm at Roane Memorial Gardens for a graveside service at 1 pm in the Rockwood Garden.
