Albert Young, age 81 of Clinton, passed away Monday evening, November 5, 2012. A loving husband and wonderful father, who will be deeply missed by all. Albert was a proud Korean War Veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart; a wonderful example of courage and integrity, resting now in the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. "You will forever be in our hearts." He leaves behind his loving wife of 60 years, Jean; his two daughters, Mary Ann Young and Susan Young Ross; his son David Young; his son in-law, Lester Ross and Daughter in-law, Carol Young; sisters, Bonnie Davis, Georgie Hackworth, Inez Lane as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, George and Mary Young; brothers and sister, Buster Young, Ella Seiber, Jim Young, Charlie Young, Roy Young, Walter Young, Bailey Young, Kyle Young and J.R. Young.
The family will receive friends Thursday, November 8th from 11-1PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel.
